My brothers and I brought our dad to see the WWII Memorial in Washington DC in June of 2004. Vernon Hoying was in the Sixth Marine Division (22nd Marines) and served on Okinawa and in China.

Great gallery. I'm looking forward to going to DC and checking out the new WWII memorial. It's about dam time!
