Le titre est magnifique et tout à fait approprié!
Quelles textures et couleurs superbes, aussi bien sur l'arrière que l'avant-plan!

Super photo de champignon dans un bel environnement. A sa place dans un livre d'annatomie.

Someone said very Greek, it is indeed a greek word and in greek mythology men with high virility had to have a small one. So, ladies, beware of the Supermen, the greeks new it better allready 2000 years ago.

These bastards stink indeed like hell. But that's intentionaly, when they start growing they are inside a kind of skinny egg shaped velum and surrounded by a layer of jelly. Then they break out and grow the way one can see it here. The jelly which is in fact a layer of albumin (egg white) will stick to the top deep green cooloured part and will rott. This stinks like rotten eggs and brings flies to come and stick to it and humans to run away for sure. The flies will then quit the place with the seeds sticking to their lags. That is the smart way this mushroom reproduces and spreads around. Note that at the egg state, you can cut this mushroom, remove the jelly layer and the bigg greenish fruit inside can be eaten raw in a salad or on the spot in the forest. It is a quiete good edible and tastes like reddish.

Yes, yes, the latin scientifics named this one exactly the way it looks. Phallus is indeed the latin name for a dick. And, ladies, you can believe me, he is as sticky and as smelly as a bad washed one.
