A well-chosen motion blur!

To me, the wires show the reason for the windmills.

Nice light and composition Joe, wires and all!

Very nicely composed. Much better than any of the shots I took, and I should know, I was standing beside you when you took this one. Leave the wires in. They do not detract from the shot. They are part of the environment there, and just are.

Don't take this the wrong way... but is this a straight shot? If it is, then what a nice composition, and lucky that four were in complete synch - if not, then what a nice composition. Either way, it works well. (And the wires don't detract, really). As a 'juggler' (a non-purist who creates a picture, and if that means changing colours or putting or taking something in or out, then sobeit) I would have perhaps 'de-greyed' the blue, as I suspect the perception at the time was a)more blue, and b) deepening as one moved from the horizon. Unfortunately, the camera does NOT render what we perceive, and often needs help.

I would like it both ways. I would use one with wires as an industrial photo and remove the wires and use it as a fine art image. My 2 cents......

This is so lovely, the movement and the comp...wonderful colors
in the sky too, but yes, it's a shame about the power lines.

I would take the wires out. They detract from the otherwise excellent shot.

Nice image. I usually don't like hydro wires in photos, but these look surprisingly good here.

Great sunset Joe. IMHO the wires need to go. They have a tendancy to cut the picture in half. Still a ver nice shot though.

Wow! I like that...even with the hydro cables.
