For my taste, the thought which comes to mind is to "crop tighter".
In this particular image, a tighter crop (more off the right side &
more off the top) would make certain recognizable objects less
recognizable as "objects" and otherwise have them become more like
secondary abstract graphic shapes. In doing this, they would
then complete less for our visual attention than what seems to
me the primary subject matter of this image -- Lesley and the
reflection of you -- and thus an image which I believe would
communicate with stronger immediate visual impact.
This is not to say that any cropping absolutely necessary to be done
to the image you present here, but only to say that in cropping fruther,
I believe there would be less visual competition between primary and
secondary subject matter, and thus make the overall communication strong
and more apparent to use the viewer.
In any event, it seems to me a very lovely image of Lesley, and I
very much like your reflection in this image as well. It seems
to me a very good moment caught.
