I happened to be in Kiev during the anniversary of the Orange Revolution, when massive but peaceful protests led to the overturning of a rigged election. Since that time, Ukranians have become very fond of marching, protesting and sitting in against every imaginable issue. Its anniversary has become a time of celebration with concerts, events and more protests filling the city center for a whole week.
