Tulsa Sapulpa Union 108 leads a short train west past the Sinclair Refinery in Tulsa. Just about everything in the picture has changed hands once or twice - the trackage is former Midland Valley; the locomotive is a former Soo Line unit (originally MN&S); even the refinery was once the property of the Texas Company (Texaco).
