This model is the one that made Fuji X mount mirrorless a household name. After the X100 fixed lens APS-C model capture the photograhers' heart, Fuji came out Xpro-1/Xe-1/Xe-2 in a rangefinder style interchangeble lens camera. Many DSLR user still not ready to move to the rangefinder style. But when the XT1 came out in 2014, it really looked like and feel like the old film SLR like the Olympus OM-1. Fuji made things right from the intital design by designing the aperture ring control on their X series lens (except for the XC type). The OM_D although look like the original OM-1 film slr, it lack of true ring shutter knob and aperture ring on the lens.
