This guy was infront of a cool store in Down Town Chico called Bird in Hand.

They have a Yo Yo club that meets there every Saturday 12-2

Bird in Hand also houses the National Yo Yo Museum

Yeh, I like the selective coloring too. Interesting thing he's doing with the yo yo. Great capture of his intense concentration.
