Pend Oreille Valley Area Railroad

The end of the line for this railroad excursion is the town of Metaline Falls, which is located just 15 miles south of the Canadian border. Here, the engine has been decoupled from the cars and was switched to a siding. Then travels back south past the cars and is switched back and re-couples with the cars to return south to Ione, Washington.
