Can I trade my fight for dumbarton oaks (georgetown DC)at the only city where every one knows my name for Fonthill (do not need Mercer museum)? It is possible to build my last base private house somewhere I can live politic free. I need a good review of the interior (same but modern, landscape, fence and pool) like Mercer, I do not have construction experience but I can do better
