We too are impressed with the San Luis Valley. It seems that we always manage to visit the valley when we do a trip in CO. Since the valley is located between the Sange de Cristos and the San Juans, it's convenient to visit. Love the high-desert environment!

Your photos are all stunning. A friend had told me about this area. She and her husband purchased some property there not to long alo and I've spent the evening researching conservation and restoration in this valley. It was great to finally find a site that showed me why my friends are so in love with this valley. Thanks
