I was setting up to shoot a series on some fire killed trees when this Buzzard quickly flew into the frame. I was only @ 1/80 sec and he blurred as I was locked on my tripod, I couldn't pan for him, but look at the other buzzard pic where I did a QR and racked my zoom out from 28 or 35mm to 300 and grabbed him. I know primes are great, but I would have had no chance to get him if I had been using a prime.
