...and if you pull them all aside, you can look out over the East Village. Not that this has ever before been considered of great value. I mean, what dominates this northward view now? The Green Nursing Home. Actually, that's the ATP on the Green's shoulder. And the Peck hotel will loom over the Green in another year's time. But still, it's fun. Higher floors have views with more caché, of course -- the Met Life tower, the Chrysler Building, the Empire State Building, etc.
