LIGHTNING IN CAMBRIDGESHIRE

CAMBRIDGESHIRE ENGLAND

This was one of the most lively storms I have seen in the UK. In Huntingdon I could see lightning strikes at all points of the compass, it was not going round us, we were surrounded and for most of the storm we had no rain, but when the rain came it made up for lost time. I managed to get a few nice-ish shots to see them just click this link http://www.pbase.com/jim_w/lightning
I must offer my sympathy to all in the US that have been affected by the terrible storms you have suffered over the past week.

Nice shot Jim and thank you for your mentioning the terrible event in New Orleans and the Gulf Coast. My home is filled with refugees and my daughter still can't get out of the city.
