Fantastic news, I have now transferred the second £250 to the Ganges Museum, so that’s £500 so far.
For those of you that haven’t seen this before – It’s a 28 minute slide show with a couple of short videos taken at the old Ganges site on June 6th 2015.

Photographs and Videos courtesy of:-
Allan Williams, Brian Shackleton, John Walker,
Jon Medler, Roland Atterwell, Tony Lee, Jim Worldling and Pat Horan
The Poem, Goodbye Ganges by Roland Atterwell recited by Mike Spice.
DVD Compiled and edited by Mike Spice.
All profits from the sale of this DVD go to the HMS GANGES Museum.

This was we believe the last day the Old Place will be open for a look round before the contractors start turning it into a housing complex.
I have had nothing but good words said about it from the Old Salts that have watched it. Some did complain that the room filled with smoke and made their eyes water.
The DVD is £10 for delivery in the UK or £11 for Overseas. Alternatively you can have an electronic version, for £10, that you download to you computer via Dropbox (you can then watch it on your computer and/or make your own hard copy if you wish). At least £7.50 from all the DVD sales will go to the HMS Ganges Museum.
You can pay via PayPal using my Email address jim.worlding@ntlworld.com or send me a cheque or cash at your risk (Recorded delivery) to Jim Worlding, 67 Roman Way, Godmanchester, Cambs. PE29 2RW. Remember to give me your postal address.
If you use PayPal and make it a payment “to a friend” PayPal will not charge us for the transaction.
When the DVD arrives, Turn up the volume, get a Tot and have a box of tissues handy.
