Yes, Peggy's Pond is a beautiful place, as are some of the lakes nearby, such as Circle Lake, Venus Lake, etc. I have been to Peggy's Pond twice. I saw your photo of Peggy's Pond. Summit Lake is in Pierce County, Carbon River drainage. Without looking at a map, that is about the best I can describe the location. It has been a few years since I was at Summit, but it also is a lovely place. Thanks for your comments.

Really nice galleries Jim! I recognized this shot from WTA's website this month. Mine's 8 shots beneath yours, the Peggy's Pond pic. I highly recomend that hike to you, it's up the Cle Elum River drainage between Cathedral Rock and Mt. Daniels. Superb, absolutely beautiful. Where's Summit Lake? Judging from your shot, it looks like I need to go there sometime.

Cheers, Dave
