Looking north along the Trotternish Ridge from Storr with views of the Staffin settlement, the Quiraing and in the far distance the outer Hebridean islands of Lewis and Harris.

This is silly, but every time I see a photo of the Isle of Skye, I think of that old song: "Donald Where's Your Trousers" and the line "I've just come down from the Isle of Skye I'm no very big and I'm awfully shy." V
