Some images of our day trip to the famous bridge that allows the Briare canal to cross the river Loire
The Briare canal, one of the oldest canal in France (opened to navigation in 1642), links river Loire and river Seine. The famous bridge, built from 1890 to 1894 was a real tecnologic challenge (Architect: Léonce-Abel Mazoyer and built in part by the Eiffel company).
