this is basically the Kerry team that won their 3rd in a row all ireland in 1980 - 4th in 1981 - and were going for a record 5th in a row in 1982 - when a late goal from Offaly beat them .The other thing is there are fifteen players - now there are squds etc . Thats ok - but waht I think is rubbish - the warm up takes near as long as game - IMHO ridiculos - as for all this '' bonding '' , if you have to go thro all that to wear your club or county jersey - there is something wrong .

Sadly two of this team passed away last year --- John egan - on etrme right of front row - and Paudie OShea - third from left on front row . Both had won eight All Ireland medals .
