Thanks again Brian- The Sigma leaves other camera colours for dead - can if steady - be very sharp - a superb tool .I have a monopod - forgot to mention it in note in guestbook . Your lightweight one - Im sure you mentioned that on site - will see later.
The sequence of shots with the Sigma sure produces superb colour image quality Jim. However, I handhold and use a recently acquired lightweight monopod and have no difficulties - and remember I am using the older, bulkier and much heavier 15-30EX and 24-70EX lenses, so a young whipper-snapper like you should not have problems with the lighter lenses.
