Williamson's Emerald (Somatochlora williamsoni)

Cedar Grove Nature Trail, Marlborough Forest

I found this in my photo archives, unlabelled and unidentified...my first ever female Williamson's Emerald identified almost 15 years later! The perpendicular subgenital plate is just visible from this angle.
