It was a great day for a walk in the woods. The temperature was only -1°C, and I saw a White-breasted Nuthatch investigating a potential nesting site, a Red-tailed Hawk being harassed by crows (yes, this is in the middle of the woods!), a Brown Creeper, a porcupine in his den, and my first snow fleas of the season.
