This is not only the first upper tangent arc I have ever seen, but also the most intricate display of ice crystal haloes I have seen to date. The sun was setting when I noticed the tangent arc - often described as an "upside down rainbow" - at the top of the familiar 22º halo encircling the sun. A faint upper sun pillar is also visible. None of these haloes were very bright, and if any sun dogs were present, I couldn't see them from my house.
