The price of land around the Ostsee area is relative low in Germany. So when people build a house here, they pay more attention and money to the design and style of the house. Here you can see many nice houses, unlike the quite ugly and extrem practical houses in the west part of Germany.
If you have once played the popular PC game "the SIMs", you will find these houses very similar to the ones in the game. Therefore I call them always the "SIMs" houses...
