It is said that the Devil helped with the building of the Luebeck Church. He thought at first that a wine cellar was being built, and he liked this idea, because he received many souls who came directly from wine cellar. Therefore the church was accomplished with an incredible speed. Later he finally found out the truth, and out of rage, he tried to destroy the church again with this huge stone. So people told him: "stop destroying the church, and we will build a wine cellar for you". So today, the church and a wine cellar are lying close to each other.
