A Solera appetizer with cheese, olive, anchovy & greens enjoyed by friends. The presentation is lovely.

Solera is the resort's on-site restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. One can eat on the terrace, or inside the sleek dining room. There's also a bar where one can sip a drink. Menu choices range from pizza to full entrees depending upon your appetite and budget. Take away dinner service is also availible. Be sure to sample some Solera food as the chef is very skilled and creative.
