Not a black vulture. It is an immature... I think Turkey vulture, but not sure what the immature Lesser Yellow headed vultures markings are... I will look it up and confirm :) See, the Turkey vultures there are a different subspecies than ours in N.A. They are Cathartes aura ruicollis and they have white on the back of the head that looks like a white band from a distance. Ours do not have that.
