9/5: Demo Man

We got the keys for our flip house on Friday night. The long weekend was put to good use as we DIYed ourselves into a state of complete and utter exhaustion. I did manage to take a few pictures of the work we did over the weekend. For before & during photos with commentary, click on any of the thumbnails below.

Canon EOS 300D Digital Rebel
1/15s f/5.6 at 47.0mm iso100 full exif

Great photo. I really like the sense of motion. Trust me, I am understanding of all your hard work. I am trying to fix up my Dad's property to sell. If you see a picture of the garage window which is on my PAD gallery, you'll understand.
Guest 08-Sep-2005 03:12
Excellent, the motion here ;-)

Guest 07-Sep-2005 00:34
The only thing more fun than smashing something with a sledge hammer is ripping it apart with a crow bar. Congratulations on the new house.
Guest 07-Sep-2005 00:03
It's a guy thing - 2 lb sledge, cat's paw, evil grin - it's a guy thing.
joanteno06-Sep-2005 22:46
So you do something else besides going to the beach in california! Great SP!
Guest 06-Sep-2005 22:22
You ARE Tool Man Tim! Looks like you're doing a great job - the 'before' would be nice enough for me!
laine8206-Sep-2005 21:31
I like what your doing to the place, Jeremy. It might be tiring, but isn't it a good feeling at the end of the day when you see what your achieving. Well done on the series, hope to see more as you go.
Chris06-Sep-2005 21:24
Dude. You so have to get on 'Property Ladder'. Heh.
Guest 06-Sep-2005 21:06
To me that looks like you are putting down laminate flooring..
Tried that once..fingers have never been the same again...
Brian McAllister06-Sep-2005 20:50
Great action SP shot Jeremy. The reno looks super. I'm sure it will pay off handsomely in the end.
Al Chesworth06-Sep-2005 20:13
Rather you than me boyoh.
Leo Charette06-Sep-2005 18:56
A flip house huh? When I think of a flip house I think of a house that one buys and immediately puts on the market for a profit with no improvement. There is a lot of that going on in my local. You're putting sweat equity into the property and improving the value. I like your computer models... the house will look good once you're done.
Guest 06-Sep-2005 18:27
And I thought I labored on Labor Day!! :-o

Guest 06-Sep-2005 13:43
Whack it!!
Guest 06-Sep-2005 13:40
Yikes! And I can't even replace our water filter. :-) The work is looking good.
Stu06-Sep-2005 13:30
You get on with those renovations... time is money.
Guest 06-Sep-2005 11:09
Great stress releiver.
Karen Stuebing06-Sep-2005 09:22
I have to admire a man who can hold a crowbar in his teeth. It makes mine hurt to look at it. :) Y'all did a great job with the renovations. It's looking good.
Guest 06-Sep-2005 08:44
Definitely a man with a mission. Don't think that I will get too close to you !!
