New landscaping looks nice. I see no leaks under the eaves.

Reality, with its flaws is always better, full of life in a way, not aseptic! Anyway nice work to practice, Jeremy
Fun shot!

Instant landscaping. It does add to the house. Kind of a view into the future when newly planted shrubs have matured.

Whoops. I see in the makeover that you've in fact ADDED electricity. That will come in handy for cooking, cleaning, lighting, et cetera. That should definitely up the resale value. Go for it!

It might cost a lot to replace that electric pole and the wires, plus then you'd have to supply the electricity to the public. I could see you removing the hose and backing the car out of the driveway, however...and adding some bushes. That is feasible.
