This street hawker at the Heavenly Lake was selling Nan - a very crispy, tasty, and nutty baked bread made by the Uyghurs using sesame seeds, butter, milk, vegetable oil, salt and sugar. He readily obliged me with a big smile when I tried to take a photograph of him.
