Federal Hill

Have you ever had a perfect day?

Today was one of those for me.
My daughter had no school today so we ventured
to the streets of Baltimore.
We rode the "Snail Rail", we ate burgers at Johnny Rockets,
we were grossed out at the Grossology exhibit at the MD Science Center, we checked out the outdoor art at AVAM,
we climbed Federal Hill, we had crabcakes at Phillip's AND we got to jump puddles and run in a thunderstorm!

Does it get much better?

Thought of the song "These Are Days" by 10,000 Maniacs
when I saw this (and Jim's comment).
This picture is just amazing (color, focus, composition, etc.)
and earns my ~ V ~ easily.
I really think it's one of your best.

Sometimes the magic of a day like this can transcend in other
ways.
