Homemade Chix Strips

Taught Audrey tonite how to make homemade chix strips!
She was my prep chef!
She coated the chix in the egg mixture and then in the bread crumbs and Old Bay!
She kept saying the chix felt like jelly fish!

Good Job, SB!

PS~I made sure that she washed her hands good!
