The California Pizza Kitchen has way too many options...but that can be a good thing.
At first glance, the "salad pizza" looks so much more healthy compared to the Hawaiian pizza. I was happy to learn that both are actually very similar. The healthy one has the bacon is hidden underneath the lettuce.
