Mary seems like such a nice person...until it's ab-workout time.
Twice a week, we meet at the New Jersey Rock Gym for a good workout. At the end of the night, our arms are usually jelly. That's when the pain begins.
Mary has been our ab-workout guru for the past few months. It started small but it has definitely caught on. I think I can honestly say that I've made some friends through these post-climb workouts.
Anyway, I can now understand how Mary has gotten so good at climbing in such a short time...she's just damn strong. I hope that these mini-torture sessions will do the same for me.
