What a way to ring in the month of May.
I had a great time with Sally, Jim, and Casey today on the Five Boro Bike Tour. It has been almost 2 years since I have ridden my mountain bike so the 42 miles today was quite a way to warm up. I have to say I am quite sore right now...and I won't mention where.
It was an amazing experience exploring New York City in this intimate way...along with 30,000 other riders!
Anyway, I owe a special thanks to my riding buddies today for making the tour such a great experience (and for riding slow enough for me to keep up!), especially Jim who is nursing two broken fingers ( http://www.pbase.com/jenfu/image/42629690 ). At least he's found new uses for condoms (look carefully...at Jim's HAND).
