One of the good things about being on call in the hospital is that I don't have to drive home tonight.
This was the scene earlier today. It was like a demolition derby on route 78.
I was glad to see the occupant of the small car walk away from this horrible scene.
I know this is not a great or even a decent photo but I thought it would serve a reminder to me later on of how quickly and uncontrollably things can take a turn for the worst.
