My buddy had a touch of surgery a few days ago. One long-leg cast is tough. I can't imagine what it is like to have both legs immobilized like that. For an eight-year-old, he is taking it in stride. That's what the surgery is supposed to do...help my friend take strides...and hopefully jump, climb stairs, rock climb...
He will be hanging with me at the pediatric rehab hospital for a few weeks but hopefully we'll be back on the rock climbing wall together soon.

Thank you, Bernd, for your thoughtful comments. My friend just got to top of the casts cut off. He still has to wear the bottom half bandaged on but he is much more comfortable now. Thanks, again.

Hey, please say this little friend that me and my prayers are with him for a quick recovering, I`m sure he is doing great and so soon he will be climbing on a wall!!!
