Sorry, more fruit. One of the tools in my family's arsenal to comfort is fruit. I have to respect that. Vitamin C can't be bad.
I was lucky enough to share the fruit with both family and kind friends tonight. They can be a pillar of support when there is no other source of comfort, especially in the absence of anything left inside.
I hope that one day I will suffer from scurvy, needing no more fruit.
