I shot this photo late last night. I was on-call at the hospital so I couldn't upload the photo until today. I was walking down the hallway thinking of the kids sleeping in their hospital beds. They spend so much of their energy during the day working to get better, keeping up with their studies, and just trying to be kids. I noticed the "parking lot" of power wheelchairs in the hallway and it becomes very obvious how many children have special challenges in this world. In a few hours, the halls will be bustling with activity again but this was a time for kids and wheelchairs to "recharge" for the next day's adventures. Sleep well.
