VLL AAA Mariners @ Yankees - May 12, 2015, Nance Field at Yeonas Park

Yet another nail biter! We led a close game the whole way, but its good to be the home team & score in the bottom of the 6th. Loss, 5-4.

From Coach Tim:

"Another good game tonight for the Mariners. We definitely like the nail biters. If my memory serves right, 10 games, 8 1-run games of which 4 were walk offs in the last inning, 2 we won and 2 we lost. Hopefully the boys learn from this and stay the course in the game and in life. Other than a couple of miscues, we fielded the ball well and made plays at several bases tonight. We could put the ball in play with a bit more consistency tonight but we sure did crush it in the first inning. I continue to look forward to each game with the boys and the spirit they bring along with them."
