VLL Majors Cubs @ Blue Jays - April 18, 2016, Black Field, Nottoway Park
Chilly spring evening for a late 7:45PM start for our game vs. the Cubs. Note - only a few pictures from this game, there is not enough light for using the 400mm telephoto coupled with a high shutter speed that is needed to capture the action up close.
The Blue Jays put a few key hits together with RISP and took an early 1-0 lead. A few more runs, outstanding pitching and great team defense shut out the Cubs, in a close 4-0 win. Coach Adam said, "That may have been one of the best played Little League games I have ever seen." Nice work Jays!
