This series of photos shows the hawk from standing position through lift off. Unfortunately the photos are out of focus due to the extreme distance. Also couldn't get fill light to travel the distance so shadows detract from the quality.

The comment that this is a Cooper's is correct and I have made changes. Thank you for noticing my error so I could correct it from a Red-tail Hawk.
