I met Mark when he lived across the street from me in pacific Beach San Diego on Hains st. Mark took myself and 3 German friends to Canon Tajo and we hauled some heavy bolting gear to the the big wall and did a little bit of bolting & climbing for the weekend. Mark and I were about the same age, but these guys were in much better shape and could hardly keep up with these two "old" guys. I moved and have never seen mark since. I would like to get back and do a litle climbing someday. mark if you read this shoot me a email sometime. I met Fred Becky there with a friend from Seattle....how cool is that? Otherwise, it was just us there the whole time.
