I visited a Parrot Refuge today. This Scarlet Macaw and the Blue and Gold Macaw beside her(him?) are recovering in the hospital area.
What an amazing place. Birds are mostly from private homes, where owners were unable or unwilling to care for them.
Earplugs are provided as the din is deafening.
