I am not a big fan of the Boeing B-787-10, mainly, because it is noisy for a contemporary airliner, and does not fulfil the manufacturers promises of a better ride and nicer environment, with a lower pressurisation and less dry air.
But I have to admit that these Singapore Airlines 787's were in a much better condition than the Airbus A350's, and had a bigger seat pitch. Did the Airline do that on purpose to boycott the European builder?
Anyway the service was excellent, both the Cabin Crew, and the Ground Support Staff, and the food from Bali quite good, for a change...
