Only in Japan you can have a PETROL Refinery in the middle of so many residential areas. Only here the $$$$ is more important then the lives of people! And then they are surprized there are so many Cancer percentage in Japan!!!!
The Smell of Gasoline is really unboreable, we need to have the windows closed, boiling in Summer and hot days! I realised this is particularly bad when transferring the crude oil to/from the transport barges!
Such a NICE area, still filled with Industrial plants!
Please CHANGE!!!!!
