I completely lost count on how many flights I did with El Al!
They had this amazing fleet management, changing the airplanes according to the number of passengers.
So, sometimes I took the B767 to Lisbo/Tel Aviv, other the B757. In this case, we would generally stop in Marseille, to put in more passengers. Some of my friends even flew the old 737's, and even the B747, sometimes...
Amazingly, all the flights I did with them were always good! They really had good Pilots, this until my last one, in 1999.
