I wouldn't fly this airline now even if they paid my weight in gold! They should learn how to treat people and media in a civilized, human way!

Embarkation a mess: no pre assigned seats, everybody fighting to get the best. As this was still 2005, the airplanes looked very new, but...
Pushback from gate. Start engine number 1, ok! Start engine number 2, Brrr, brrr,. brrr, nothing! Capatain: "Ladies and Gentleman, we we a technical problem, we are going back to the Gate for Maintenance Engineers...". Soon they came, got into the cockpit (dooors open), did some stuff, and here we go again! Push back, same routine: Engine 1, ok, Engine 2, Brr, Brrr, Brr, nothing! "Ladies and Gentleman, so sorry, we are going back again, for maintenance". Here they came again, big argument in the cockpit, we could ear the shouting. Suddenly: "Ladies and Gentleman, I absolutely refuse to fly in this airplane on these conditions! Please get your belongins and we will grab another aircraft..." An you imagine the confusion?
In front of another Gate, there was an absolute new B-737, beig used to Crew training. They left, we got in, and departed!

This time, ok! Fortunately, the Captain was really great! He apologised, very ashamed, many times....
