After the 1974 'revolution' in Portugal, there were some atempts, by the Communist Party, to introduce or create cheap cars for the 'people'. The UMM jeeps were the most sucessfull and common.
They were mostly used by the State (who else?), and this one is like a forgotten Dinosaur...
