This collaboration of two photos and some Photoshop creation won POTD at www.bestphoto.com on Oct 26, 2003 and at www.digitalphotocontest.com on November 6, 2003! Way to go Jonah!! It also won third place in the "Best of Month" voting at Bestfoto!

Thanks Jeanne and Digicam... I had fun putting this together. Choosing an image for the foreground took awhile. I tried some with a smile, and it just didn't seem to fit. In this one, he looks uncomfortable being on 'the big screen', which seems appropriate for a small child! I hope these work well together. I often shoot images of my kids with odd expressions, pouting, crying, being silly, etc... just so I can use them in Photoshop later. Images that are no good by themselves often come together in a compilation to create something fun and exciting! JD

Awesome! I love it, your kids are so lucky (although I imagine the camera gets to them every now and again) Some day they will treasure these shots!
